Please be advised that the official business days in the Royal Electronic Gaming from Sunday to Thursday. Fridays, Saturdays, holidays and public holiday its holidays for all employees of Royal Electronic Gaming and shipping companies

Royal Electronic Gaming mainly delivers your orders through the company's own fleet but may get help from a third party at peak times to ensure the timely shipping of your order.

You can subscribe to get your orders delivered for the selected products on a regular basis (daily, weekly or monthly).

Orders should be requested at least four hours ahead of time for same-day delivery, bearing in mind the cut-off time of 2:00 PM and working hours of Royal Electronic Gaming. Some goods may need more time for processing, with delivery taking a day or several days, depending on the nature of the item.

In the case of urgent orders, please contact our customer service and we will do our best to help you.

We will ask for your signature on a copy of the invoice to confirm receipt of the goods. We will deliver the order to the registered address and we consider the signature of anyone at the address as a receipt of the order.

If there is no one at the registered address to receive your order, we will ask you to contact our customer service to agree another delivery time. The company is not able to attempt delivery more than twice. The company is not responsible for any order exceeding 7 days of the first delivery attempt.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE

We process and ship all our orders 0 days a week, with the exception of Fridays and UAE Public Holidays.

For UAE, Orders placed after 2:00 pm will be processed the next working day to be delivered within 2 to 4 working days.

Important Delivery Information:

A signature is required upon receipt of the shipment.

We insure all packages in transit from sssports.com to the delivery address against theft and incidental damage. Once the package has been signed for it is no longer insured by Royal Electronics Gaming.

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and resignation from the date of dispatch. Royal Electronic Gaming is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes.

Royal Electronic Gaming reserves the right to add extra charges to the shipping delivery if your location is in a remote area.

Please note that if your order has already been shipped and you want to cancel it, you will need to receive it first and then follow the return process.
